He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of pool construction, from basic backyard pools to commercial pools on the rooftops of high-rise condominiums. Doug takes a "no corners cut" approach to running his company and is considered a top professional in the industry.

Joe Stephens

Joe has many years of experience in pool construction and is licensed as a professional pool structure contractor. Joe specializes in the structural phase of the pool building process. Joe works meticulously and always puts his clients' best interests first. Joe has built quality structures throughout his career and has constructed pools from backyards to high-rise rooftops. Joe is considered a top professional in the industry and is well-known in the industry for his quality work.

John Dadswell

John has many years of industry experience, both in equipment repair and distribution. John has extensive knowledge in pool hydraulics, filtration and automation. He is well known in the industry for his creativity in designing pools that are not only beautiful and advanced, but also fully functional.

Drew Davis

Drew Davis worked in the pool service/repair industry for 7 years before he decided it was time to make a change and learn something new. After joining the Blue Lagoon Builders team, Drew received extensive training to develop his new skills. As a new pool and remodel designer, Drew has been creating the beautiful outdoor spaces that his clients desire.

Kaley Tilney

Kaley has worked and served her community for many years. After retirement, she wanted to get involved with Blue Lagoon Builders. Now, she brings her selfless attitude to our clients. We are so excited to have her join us and look forward to seeing what the next chapter of her life will bring!

Dallas Stephens

Dallas has over 10 years of pool construction experience. Having worked on high-end projects for most of his career, Dallas knows how to meet our clients' expectations. We are grateful that our younger team members are able to continue to gain knowledge under Dallas' guidance. Dallas is a top professional in the industry and a great asset to the Blue Lagoon Builders team.

Cody Haney

Cody has been in the pool industry for 5 years and has proven himself to have talent decades beyond his years. In an age where young people seem to be increasingly lacking in work ethic, Cody is the exception. Cody has proven to be an extremely hard worker. Cody pays attention to detail and has become an extremely talented young professional. There is no doubt that Cody has a bright future ahead of him and will be known as a top professional in the industry.

Colton Tierney

Colton is a young professional who is looking at the big picture. He is an all-around practical asset and his work ethic has proven to be top notch. Colton is experienced in "front end" pool construction and is continuing to learn and develop his skills. We are excited to see what the future holds for Colton and under the guidance of the top craftsmen at Blue Lagoon Builders, we are confident he will grow as a man and professional.

Todd Thomson

Todd is the newest member of the Blue Lagoon Builders pool building team. Todd's hard work has earned him a permanent position and we are excited to see what the future holds for him. You will always see Todd with a smile and a great attitude.

Mallory Tilney

Mallory is a dedicated office administrator who is happy to help you get the information you need quickly. Mallory is organized, friendly, professional, and proficient in our 3D design software. Mallory did all the initial design work for John and Drew and has proven to be a great asset to the team!
